The Lightning Thief is a very great adventurous book, part of Percy Jackson and The Olympians series. It is about a boy who has ADHD and dyslexia. He does not get into many schools and cannot go a year without being kicked out of a school. His mother makes everything blue, because it ticks off her boyfriend.
Percy Jackson is going to his beach house with his mother, when suddenly a monster appears. The monster is strong and crushes their car. Percy escapes to a camp on Half-blood Hill. There, Percy realizes that he is really a Half-blood, and his father (who was unknown) is Poseidon.
Percy’s friends Grover and Annabeth, help Percy through an amazing adventure you do not want to miss. His Quest is to find a missing Lighting bolt, belonging to one of the Olympians.

I loved this book so much!! All of you should definetly read it! there are three books in the series and they are all really good!
